Bling

Auntie Cristin gave Samantha the largest bling ring we have ever seen and she cherishes it!! Surprise?! After she received this fine jewel she had to put on other bling and get other accessories like her "cell phone" where she imitates adults talking to one another (I swear I do not sound like that!) and even carries a mirror or brush. Note do not try to brush her hair-lately that is one of many disagreements.

The other photos you see are of her dressed as Snow White at church where they had a huge Halloween party. Why wasn't Church this cool when we were kids?! The photo of Samantha and "Belle" is the Sunday School Director who just adores all the kids including Samantha! They even had a Sponge Bob bounce house and the sugar you see all over Samantha's face is that of the donut she had to "dunk" under the tree!!  Sugar what a way to end a fun morning. Enjoy everyone! Snow White

Yesterday we attended a Pre-Halloween Party at the mall. It wasn't much of a party since it was chaos at the "Disiney" store (as Samantha called it). Good news is this is the first year she has enjoyed dressing up and I think she may do it on the actual day as well.  She loved seeing all the other characters and now knows that most boys will not dress up as princesses.  Thanks for Grandma Phil for the Snow White outfit!!  The little box she is holding is a stationary box of mine that she loves. I asked if she wanted it and she said "I LOVE IT! DOES IT PLAY MUSIC?" too much.

Party

Last weekend we visited our good friends the Waites to celebrate Hannah's Fourth Birthday. The theme was Backyardigans and Luau along with special guest Shana Banana!! There was even a bounce house and pool party!!! Endless fun for both young and old!!

You may remember these are our dear friends we met while in China and our daughters are only a month apart. We all enjoy one another's company and all three girls truly adore one another. Whenever we visit it feels like visiting our second family. It was an incredibly fun time, even Maggie got to join us and loved running around the sheep, cows and especially the emus!!! I think she must have slept for at least a day afterwards dreaming of all of the adventures she had there!!!  I did not get as many pictures this visit but I have a few for you to see. Enjoy.

School Photos!!!

Wow if I had not realized that Samantha was growing, seeing these pictures prove it.  Yes, she does have lip gloss on, mineral gloss, to be exact. Not my idea but it made her happy and it looks much more pink in the photos than it did in the room.  No I am not a pageant Mother, however, I think she wouldn't mind it. Sorry about the last one I cannot get it to save to landscape vs. portrait. Enjoy!

LNS Take 2 with Daddy

Sorry everyone we are a bit behind on photos and posts. A couple weeks ago we took Daddy to LNS and Samantha could not wait to show Daddy what she likes to do.  For awhile it was not so painfully humid but that was short lived. We packed alot in-even had a rhino charge near the car. Samantha loves to say "Move the car Daddy!" over and over again.  Note to Tia Deborah-the WASP sign that is from Ed. This will prove if you are checking into the site or not.
Ed looks a bit large on the train with bad yard art-when it went around the corners it looked like it may just fall off the track.
Today we received Samantha's first Halloween card-Thank you Aunt Judy and Uncle Russ. Samantha placed the card next to her glitter pumpkin named Belle. I kid you not, Samantha will take Halloween and make it on her own terms.
I promise to get some more photos out soon. We finally received her school photos which I will scan and send to many of you soon.  Remember all my letters do take time but I mean well.

Love to all, W
